Colorado elementary school students simply need to take the egg quiz. Click here to download the egg quiz. The egg quiz is also located on the back of the Colorado Reader: Eggs and Such.

Colorado schools and teachers recently received a publication called the Colorado Reader: Eggs and Such from the Colorado Foundation for Agriculture. If you don't have the Colorado Reader on eggs, it can be ordered from the Colorado Foundation for Agriculture by clicking here. You can also click here to download a PDF version. Your students' egg quizzes need to be returned by February 10, 2012.

• Collect your students' egg quizzes.
• Make sure each teacher's name, student's name, school and contact information (phone number or email address) is included on each quiz or in the class packet.
• Mail them to us at the following address:

Each student quiz we receive will be entered into a drawing to win an omelet breakfast for their school cooked and served by Colorado Commissioner of Agriculture, John Salazar, representatives of Food Bank of the Rockies and Colorado egg farmers. The breakfast will be served to the winning student's school during Colorado's Agriculture Week - March 12th - 16th, 2012. (The exact date will be determined with the winning school.)
