Mango Crepe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 EGGS
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbs Sugar
  • 2 tbs Butter
  • 1 mango
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbs podwer sugar

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl mix in flour, eggs, water, milk, salt, sugar, butter.
  • Dice up one mango.
  • For the cream: Mix whipping cream, vanilla, powder sugar, and whip until creamy.
  • Spray lightly the heated pan with cooking spray or melted butter. Use 1/4 measuring cup to scoop the batter. Pour into the center of the pan and immediately swirl the batter around to cover the pan. Cook each side for about 1-2 mins.
  • Serve with whipped cream & fresh mango
