Sesame Chicken

  • 4 chicken breast
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 cups panko crumbs
  • 4 tbs Soy sauce
  • 4 tbs Honey
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbs Hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbs grated ginger
  • 1 tbs Sriracha
  • Sesame seeds


  • Cut up the chicken breast. Dip each piece into the beaten eggs then the panko crumbs. Place all on a tray. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 400 Degrees.
  • In a saucepan add soy sauce, honey, garlic, hoisin, ginger, sriracha. Bring to a boil and add in chicken. Mix well. Top with sesame seeds.
  • Serve alone or over a bed of rice.
