Parmesan Pepper Eggs 

An after-school snack that keeps kids full until dinner, but it’s also light enough to enjoy before they run off to sports practice.

 

Hard boiled Eggs

Aged Parmesan block 

Sea salt 

Freshly ground pepper 

 

Directions:

Slice hard boiled eggs in half, then top with a small amount of sea salt. Grate cheese over each half until you can’t see the egg yolk. Top with fresh ground pepper.
