Congratulations to the winners of the 2024 Reinventing Brunch Competition! In partnership with the Colorado Restaurant Foundation and Morning Story Restaurant, we invited ProStart Culinary students from all over Colorado to reinvent how eggs are used for brunch. And wow, these students ROCKED IT! Today, we are excited to announce the winners.
Starting December 9th, the first place recipe, “Campfire Benedict”, will be featured as a special on the menu at all Morning Story locations! $1 from each Campfire Benedict order will go towards supporting the ProStart program, so these students can keep on cooking & reinventing food! We hope you stop in to try it!
