Best Ever Banana Bread
The only recipe you’ll ever need to finish off those brown bananas sitting on your countertop!
3 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1 stick butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup regular sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup plain yogurt + 3 tbsp
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
Directions:
Mash bananas in a large bowl. Add in sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla and 1/4 cup yogurt. Mix well. Fold in flour, salt and baking powder. Place three tablespoons of yogurt in the batter and swirl in, not fully mixing it into the batter. Bake for one hour at 350 degrees until a toothpick comes out clean. Best served warm!
