Curried Egg Salad (Summer Edition)

Lighter, fresher, healthier!

2 hardboiled eggs
1/3 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup cooked chick peas
2 tsp curry powder
1 stalk celery, roughly chopped
2 spring onions, roughly chopped
Juice from half a lime
Salt to taste

Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until combined to your liking. Salt to taste.
