Doctoring up a good old-fashioned brownie mix!
Classic Brownies
1 standard box of brownies
3 eggs
1/2 cup cold strong coffee
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Mix all ingredients together and pour batter into a prepared 8 x 8 baking dish. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Let cool, then slice!
