100 omelets! Our hearts were so happy (and full!)
Colorado Egg had a wonderful time making omelets for the KOSI 101.1 Light The Houses Radiothon benefitting the Ronald McDonald Houses of Denver. Chef volunteers Ty with Restaurant Olivia along with Chefs Simone & Michael from the Denver Museum of Nature and Science flipped eggs nonstop for a wonderful cause. A big thanks to our local egg farmers for donating the delicious breakfast. This magical fundraiser keeps getting better every year!
