Parmesan Arugula Quiche

We interrupt your feed of pumpkin spice to bring you this Parmesan Arugula Quiche 😍

6 eggs

3/4 cup heavy cream

Generous pinch of salt, pepper and nutmeg

Handful of arugula, roughly chopped

1 1/2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese

Prepared pie crust

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk eggs, cream, and spices together. In your pie shell, layer in the cheese and arugula. Slowly pour egg mixture over the cheese/arugula. Bake for 45 minutes until the quiche is just about to set. Let cool, then slice.
