Sea Salt Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins (Gluten Free)

2 large very ripe bananas

2 eggs

½ cup coconut oil, melted

2 tsp vanilla extract

¼ cup plain yogurt

1 cup gluten free flour baking blend

1 tsp baking powder

Handful of chocolate chips

Flake sea salt

Mash bananas into a large bowl. Add coconut oil and stir. Whisk in eggs, vanilla and yogurt. Sift in the flour and baking powder. Stir together until well combined, adding in handful of chocolate chips. Scoop batter into lined muffin tins. Top each muffin with a few chocolate chips and a pinch of flake salt. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes until muffins are golden brown.
