Feta Fried Steak and Eggs

Sometimes all you need is a little twist on a classic to keep things exciting! We added some leftover steak to that viral feta fried egg and now our family is loving this rebranded steak and egg brunch.

Feta Crumbles
Eggs
Chili Crisp
Slices of leftover steak
Mint leaves

Directions:

Layer feta crumbles in a slightly greased frying pan over medium to low heat. Make a hole in the middle of the crumbles. Add steak slices over the feta portion in the frying pan. Over medium heat, fry the feta until it begins to melt and become crispy around the steak. Add egg into that center hole that you created. Cook egg until it’s done to your liking. Serve over a tortilla or toast and drizzle with chili crisp and fresh mint leaves.
