1 box yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1 ¼ cup eggnog
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup olive oil
½ tsp ground nutmeg
½ tsp ground cinnamon
Mix all ingredients for the cake together then pour cake batter into a prepared Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool, then drizzle cinnamon icing over cake.
To make icing: Whisk icing ingredients together, adding more heavy cream or sugar if needed to thin it out or make it thicker.
