Caveman Banana Bread

No fuss, no frills, no fillers. Just pure goodness

4 very ripe large bananas
4 eggs
1/2 cup sunflower seed butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp coconut flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
Dash salt
Handful of dark chocolate chips, optional

Mash bananas. Whisk in the eggs, seed butter, vanilla and oil. Fold in the dry ingredients and mix well. Pour batter into a prepared loaf pan and bake for one hour at 350 degrees. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
