Chicharrónes Stuffed Deviled Eggs

The deviled egg of your dreams is here! You didn’t know you needed this until now. Your holiday appetizer table will never be the same again without this unexpected bite!

6 hardboiled eggs, halved

2 tbsp dijon mustard

1/3 cup rich mayo

juice from half a lime

5 (or more) dashes of your favorite hot sauce

handful of chicharrónes

generous sprinkle of flake salt

cilantro and fresno peppers for garnish

Directions:

Remove cooked yolk from eggs and mash in a bowl. Add in your salt, mustard, mayo, lime juice and hot sauce. Blend until smooth. Place a small piece of chicharron in each egg half. Top with deviled egg mixture. Garnish with cilantro, a slice of red fresno pepper and another small piece of chicharrón.
