Chili Crunch Egg Boats

For those mornings when you want a spicy start. These eggs are creamy, smoky, spicy. They are totally customizable, but our recipe below really is a good one!

1 4-pack pull apart dinner rolls

¼ cup cottage cheese

2 tablespoons chili crunch

¼ cup shredded cheese

2 eggs

Chives/flake salt for garnish

Carefully cut out a square in your dinner roll bunch and remove the bread. Be sure to leave a bread base for your fillings. Fill the hollowed-out portion with cottage cheese, chili crunch, shredded cheese. Crack two eggs over the filling. Bake at 415 degrees for 15 minutes or until your eggs are cooked to your liking. Sprinkle with sea salt, chives and top with more chili crunch.
