Pumpkin Banana Cupcakes 

2 ripe bananas mashed 

2/3 cup pumpkin purée 

1/2 cup sugar 

1/2 cup oil

2 tsp vanilla 

3 eggs 

1 1/2 cup flour 

1 tsp salt 

2 tsp baking powder 

2 tsp cinnamon 

 

Directions:

Mash bananas in a large bowl. Stir in pumpkin puree, sugar, oil and vanilla. Whisk in eggs until combined. Sift in flour, salt, baking powder and cinnamon. Using a hand mixer, mix until the batter is smooth. Fill cupcake liners and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool, then frost and decorate!
