Eggucation! Colorado Egg Producers visited ProStart Culinary Students at Grandview High School this week to get them eggcited about desserts. The best way to learn is to experiment! Chef Oscar Padilla with Gaucho Parilla in Arvada, challenged the students with various flan combinations to get them thinking outside the box with eggs. From animal crackers to coconut, mango to mac and cheese… what would you put in your flan?
