We know you still have cranberry leftovers in the fridge. So… it’s a perfect time to make these festive cranberry lemon bars! All it takes is 5 ingredients.

Cranberry Lemon Bars

1 box lemon cake mix
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup oil
3 eggs
1 cup cranberry sauce

Mix together the cake mix, sour cream, oil and eggs until the dough forms. Spread half the dough on a greased 9×13 baking pan. Layer cranberry sauce over it. Then top with remaining cake mix dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until it’s set.
