Slow Cooker Cherry Cheese Coffee Cake 

It’s almost too good to be true! Just mix, pour and go. 

1 box yellow or white cake mix

3 eggs

1 tsp almond extract

½ cup oil 

½ cup milk

1 cup cherry pie filling

6 ounces mascarpone cheese or cream cheese

Directions:

Whisk cake mix, eggs, almond extract, oil and milk in a large bowl. Line slow cooker with parchment paper. Pour cake batter into the slow cooker. Drop teaspoons of cherry pie filling and cheese into the cake batter. Gently bury the cherries and cheese into the cake batter. Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours until a toothpick comes out clean. Top with icing. Serve warm or cold.
