Green Chili Egg Bake

Super easy school night recipe to prep and bake in the morning, then reheat and serve when that dinnertime hour hits!

10 eggs

8 oz canned green chilis

16 oz cottage cheese

16 oz shredded cheese (use whatever cheese you have on hand!)

½ cup melted butter

¼ cup flour

½ tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

½ tsp garlic powder (optional)

Directions:

Dump everything into a big bowl (seriously) and give it a really good whisk until everything is combined. Pour into a greased 9×11 baking pan or large skillet. Bake for an hour at 375 degrees or until the egg bake is set. We serve ours with a simply dressed salad right on top!
