Ham and Jalapeño Breakfast Pizza

Chances are, you’re going to have a lot of ham leftovers after Easter this weekend! Dice it up and transform it into an irresistible breakfast. No one will say no to pizza!

1 pizza crust partially baked

12 ounces shredded sharp white cheese – we used a blend of fontina, parmesan, and asiago

2 cups ham, diced

6 eggs

1 jalapeno, sliced

Directions:

Top your partially baked pizza crust with cheese, ham and jalapeno. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes until the cheese melts. Remove from the oven and make indents into the cheese. Crack your eggs into the indents. Sprinkle salt over the eggs. Bake for another 15 to 20 minutes until the eggs are cooked to your liking. Let cool for a minute, then slice!
