Hot Deviled Egg Dip
Spicy, creamy, and eggy – just a perfect dip to fit those deviled egg cravings!
6 hard-boiled eggs
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp mustard
2 – 3 tbsp hot sauce like sriracha
3 tbsp chopped dill pickle
3 green onions, finely chopped
½ tsp salt
½ tsp onion and garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
¾ cup shredded cheese
Cilantro for garnish
Directions:
Preheat over to 375 degrees. Chop up the hard-boiled eggs in a large bowl with a pastry cutter. Fold in all ingredients except cilantro. Mix well and place egg salad mixture into a baking pan or ramekin. Bake for 40 minutes until bubbly. Garnish with cilantro. Serve with crisp cucumbers and scooper corn chips.
