Mayo! The mother of all sauces. And it was the perfect recipe to kick off egg boot camp at Grandview High School in Aurora. Colorado Egg had the privilege of teaching a local ProStart class. The students tasted, tested and tried several mayo/add in combos to explore the possibilities of this one base sauce. When it comes to eggs, there are a million ways to mayo.
