Oven Hardboiled Eggs

Meal prep for those busy school days just got easier! This simple way to “boil” a dozen eggs at once gives you a reason to fall in love with hardboiled eggs all over again.

 

12 eggs

1 muffin tin

Water

 

Directions:

Place an egg in each muffin slot. Fill each cup with a little water. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 – 40 minutes. You’ll need to test it once to see what timing works best for your oven. Take muffin tin out of the oven and place each egg carefully into an ice bath. After a few minutes of cooling down, eggs will peel easily.
