Scotch Eggs

Start a new holiday tradition and give your guests something this good! Scotch Eggs are simple yet stunning. Eat them alone, pair it with a salad or dip them in mustard! They go well with anything (seriously!)

6 soft or hard-boiled eggs, peeled
1 lb ground sausage
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
Egg wash (1 egg + 1 tbsp heavy cream)

Directions:
Divide sausage into 6 patties. Wrap each patty around an egg. Mix breadcrumbs, pepper and thyme in a bowl. Dip each sausage covered egg in egg wash then roll in breadcrumb mix. Place eggs in air fryer. Cook at 375 for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown and sausage is cooked. Slice and serve.
