Apple Cinnamon Scrambled Oats
Tis the season for warm breakfasts and comforting spices. Add our high protein oats to yogurt, toss over ice cream or simply enjoy them alone.
1 cup oats
¼ cup applesauce
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 eggs
Directions:
Whisk all ingredients together. Over medium low heat, toast oat mixture in a frying pan until crispy and warm, stirring regularly. The texture will turn into granola. For extra crips oats, finish toasting on a baking pan in a 375-degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
