Soy Sauce Marinated Eggs
Upgrade your winter ramen with these salty and addictive eggs!
4 hardboiled eggs, peeled and ready to eat
¼ cup water
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vinegar (rice wine or red wine)
Directions:
Whisk water, soy sauce, sugar and vinegar together. Place eggs into an airtight container and pour the soy sauce mixture over eggs, submerging the eggs fully. Marinate overnight, then slice and use over ramen. Or eat alone for a quick snack!
