Simple “French” Eggs

There’s something about these eggs that will have you wanting to play French music and sip champagne. They are so delicate, yet extremely satisfying. And the sharp cheese on the top takes this eggsperience to the next level.

Heavy Whipping Cream
Shredded Gruyere Cheese (parmesan or asiago works too)
Muffin tin

Spray your muffin tin with cooking spray. Crack an egg into each slot and sprinkle with sea salt. Spoon a tablespoon of heavy whipping cream over each egg. Top each egg with a generous half handful of shredded gruyere cheese. Bake at 400 for 8-12 minutes depending on how you like your egg.
