Valentine’s Day Cake
1 standard box cake mix, any flavor
1 cup milk
1 stick butter, melted and cooled
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
Mix all ingredients together and divide batter into a standard square cake pan and circle cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center of the cake. Let cool. Cut the circle cake in half to create two half moons. Place those on the sides of the square cake to create a heart shape. Trim cakes if needed to even out the heart. Frost and enjoy!
