Spicy Menudo with Egg
We've officially entered soup season with this one! At Mariachi Loco Mexican Grill and Taqueria, they let you customize your dish. We of course added an egg to a classic soup and it did not disappoint. This locally owned restaurant tells us they source their spices from Mexico, to make the most authentic dishes across their menu. Delicious down to the last spoon of soup!
