Spiced Hot Fudge!
We promise, chocolate has never tasted so good.
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
¼ cup heavy cream
1 tsp Vietnamese cinnamon
2 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp coffee liquor
Combine chocolate, cream and cinnamon over double boiler. Using a spatula, slowly stir them together until chocolate melts. Fold in the egg yolks and stir until well combined. Whisk in coffee liquor and vanilla extract. Slowly whisk until the fudge is glossy and smooth. It should coat the whisk nicely.
