Eggs & Veggies
Dress up your eggs with our favorite vinaigrette!
House dressing (adapted from NY Times)
1large shallot, very finely diced
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon warm water
1 cup olive oil
1½ teaspoons honey
1½ teaspoons stone ground mustard
1½ teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, finely grated
1 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more as needed
Whisk all ingredients together except the oil. Once well combined, drizzle in the oil while quickly whisking. Pour over hardboiled eggs and blanched veggies.
