140 times good! CEP was so proud to partner with Bistro Vendome and Colorado ProStart this spring to make one high school chef’s dream come true. In the 2026 reinventing dessert competition hosted by CEP, Chef Elliot from Smoky Hill High School won with her dessert, Pretty in Pink Meringue Roulade. The dessert was on the menu for a month at Bistro Vendome in Park Hill and it was ordered 140 times! Elliot was also featured on FOX31 for her creativing and skill!
