Colorado Egg ventured out to Gaucho Parilla inside Freedom Street Social Food Hall in Arvada where Food Network Chopped Champion Chef Oscar Padilla cooks up original eats like never before. The breakfast skillets are next level egg awesome – we tried the Churrasco and Eggs and the Patagonian Skillet.
