We love to spotlight Colorado companies that pair well with our eggs. Polidori Sausage captures the spirit of agriculture, family and local food. Polidori Sausage has been a Colorado staple for 98 years.
Owned by fourth generation brother and sister duo, Melodie Polidori Harris and Steve Polidori, the local family loves to keep things traditional. They still use an old-fashioned coffee grinder for their spices, and they try to source local pork to keep their product as much "Colorado" as possible.
