Green Bean Quicherole

A cross between a quiche and a casserole, this green bean dish will be the new superstar side at your Thanksgiving dinner.

2 cans green beans, drained

6 eggs

1 ½ cups mushrooms, roughly chopped

1 can cream of chicken soup, condensed

4 cups gruyere cheese, shredded

5 dashes of Worcestershire sauce

Salt/pepper

Crispy onions

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, condensed soup, cheese and Worcestershire sauce. Fold in the green beans and mushrooms. Add in some fresh ground pepper and a pinch of salt. Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes to an hour. Top with crispy onions. Reheats well!
