Harissa Deviled Eggs

A spicy nugget that’s worthy of your Super Bowl spread. Don’t skip the fresh mint, total game changer!

6 hard-boiled eggs
3 tbsp Mayo or Greek yogurt
1 tbsp harissa paste
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp finely chopped chives
Dash Tabasco
3 slices of crispy bacon
Finely sliced mint

Slice your hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks from whites. In a bowl, mash yolks until they’re smooth. Stir in mayo, harissa, vinegar, chives, Tabasco and salt to taste. Spoon filling into egg whites and top with a small piece of crispy bacon. Top with fresh mint.
