Heart Egg Pockets

Don’t go breaking out heart! Unless it’s filled with eggy goodness.

Pie crust
“Glue” - we used roasted eggplant spread (sriracha/pesto/cream cheese works well)
Scrambled eggs

Make heart shaped cut outs of your pie crust. Spread “glue” on one heart. Spoon over egg, cheese and top with another heart cut out. Crimp the ends to seal up the heart. Brush with egg wash and top with seasoning like everything but the bagel seasoning. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes until golden brown.
