Spicy Hearts

We are team spicy! These chili heart eggs are a perfect quick breakfast for Valentine Day’s morning.

 

1 egg

3 tbsp fresh flat leaf parsley

1 tbsp crumbled feta

2 tsp chili crisp or chili crunch

Bread

Heart Shaped Cookie Cutter

 

Directions:

Make a heart shaped cut out in your slice of bread. Mix together egg, parsley, feta and chili crunch. Heat your pan on medium heat and butter both sides of the bread. Place bread in pan, pour in the spicy egg filling into the empty heart. Cover and cook for a few minutes until the egg is cooked. Makes two heart egg toasts. Tip: Make heart shaped cinnamon sugar french toast with the heart cut outs.
